Lovely pics. If I weren't happy where I am a bit further south, I'd be tempted!

Good luck on the sale.

Wow, very nice job! Also, I am dying of yard envy even more than usual. I'd be envious anyway, but now I'm additionally envious because everything in the pictures is actually green -- as opposed to dead and dying in the horrendous drought where I live. Sob.

How long was it your folks' house? Did you grow up there any?

I wondered because i had no idea how manu memories would be going with the sale. Transitions are hard, but i am thankful i moved around a good bit as a kid because i learned about change and transitions that way.

Strangely, my mom was a Navy brat, and she found the moving around much more traumatic as a child.

No, my folks always managed to let us finish out school years. Sometimes my dad would move before the rest of us so he could start work.

I hope your dad's house sells quickly. Ah, if i were ready to begin earning equity: it looks lovely!

Good luck! May it sell quickly for a fair price to people who will be happy living in it.

It looks lovely. I love the backyard too. And the neighborhood seems nice.
Makes me contemplate a move for about 3 seconds (she says looking around at the overstuffed office).
Lots of luck to them.

It looks amazing in the listing. That trail through the yard is especially cool. I hope the sale process goes smoothly!

They did an absolutely lovely job of staging it. *Love* the description. Being so focused on house hunting these days if was in my price range I'd be there in a second!

I've never heard of this activity as "staging". I just love real estate lingo.

Those California prices sure are freaky! Sitting over here in a northeast backwater I almost choked when I saw the amount.
