Whee. That's yet another example of how far "not seeing color" is from actually being usefully anti-racist.

I don't really speak either Ruby or webserver, so I can't comment as to what's technically feasible or not in that source code, but it seems like a person with a reasonable amount of experience ought to be able to determine what it would actually take to add things like user-blocking to it.
