Dear Consent Issues Exchange Writer

Dear Consent Issues Exchange Writer:

Thank you for writing for me! My Ao3 name is [archiveofourown.org profile] firecat

My number one want: I hope you write something you enjoy, and have fun.

I've included some prompts and likes in case you want something to start from, but it's fine with me if you want to go in a different direction.

General likes:
banter, competence, crossovers (with requested fandoms or any fandom I've written for on my AO3 account), developing relationships (enemies-to-friends-to-lovers; tribe/found family formation), flirting, interstitial moments, loyalty, magic use, use of powers, non-mainstream characters and points of view (e.g., queer, gender-variant, ace/aro), non-mainstream relationships (e.g., polyamory, D/s), multiple POVs of same situation, pining, shapeshifting / transformation; unresolved sexual tension

Smut likes:
banter/silliness/laughter during sex; bloodplay/knifeplay; bestiality; body hair/fur; body size diversity; body worship; bondage/restraint; dom/sub (formal or informal); domming from the bottom; enthusiastic consent; dirty talk; fighting during sex; first times; games & competitions; gang bangs (consensual or not); hate sex; healing sex; human–alien sex; impact play; masochism/sadism; negotiation, negotiation failure; noncon/dubcon (someone needs to be getting sexual pleasure out of it); on public display for free use; oral fixation; orgasm delay; penetration; porn without plot; porn with slight plot; power dynamics; powered/godlike/supernatural sexual abilities; public sex; sex as part of ritual; sexwork; stranger sex; switching; teasing; tentacles; threesomes and moresomes; wrestling

Opt-ins: (I am neutral to positive about these tropes; I'm not specifically asking for them, but I will not mind if you use them)
a/b/o; alternate genitalia; first and second person POV; graphic depictions of violence; incest; major character injury (but not permanent maiming, unless it's canon); pandemic scenarios (but not covid-19)

DNWs
body/appearance negativity; children (15 and under); harm to nonsentient animals depicted (OK to mention); homophobia; hopeless endings; incompatible sexual orientations as major plot element; jealousy as major plot element; marriage as major plot element; permanent death of major chars (unless canonical); racism; slavery (D/s ownership using different terms OK); soulmates as major plot element

Smut DNWs
cannibalism, emetophilia, feeding/stuffing, necrophilia, scat, vore, watersports, the words "slut" and "whore" applied to people with vaginas

2001: A Space Odyssey
Poor confused HAL, who goes crazy trying to reconcile contradictory instructions he's given, and decides he has to kill all the humans on board. What if his craziness took on a different form? His attack could come either before or after the scene where Dave blasts his way into the airlock. HAL can control the life support system of the ship, but not the environment of Dave's spacesuit — oxygen deprivation opportunities here. Maybe he has some kind of sex pollen on board, to jumpstart reproduction on a new planet. As for mxcon, in the story, Dave nonconsensually turns off HAL's higher intellectual functions. What if his doing that had different effects on HAL?

DNW: crossovers; settings other than the ship
Opt-in for this fandom, despite my general DNWs: permanent death of one major character

Ancient Greek Religion & Lore: Any xcons Zeus
Zeus just goes around xconning all the time. Humans, nymphs, demi-gods, you name it. A lot of his victims, not to mention their families and loves, would like to see Zeus get his comeuppance. Since he often takes other forms when he xcons, I'd be into seeing him get xconned not just by human-like beings but also by shapeshifters, monsters, etc. I'm thinking the motive for most of the xconning would be revenge, but individual characters could be into it for other reasons—status/political gain, jealousy, or even love/lust for Zeus. It's fine to write gangbanging and "shackles for days" and it's also fine to focus on one or two encounters.

DNW: modern, real-world AUs; a/b/o

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Infinity Stones make Avengers Team mxcon:
Go crazy if you like! Crack, sillliness, psi, physical enhancement, wish fulfillment, magic, time travel, Infinity Stones as sex toys, whatever.

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Loki/Stephen Strange mxcon
The way it looks to me: these guys are so much alike, and they'd probably rather die than admit it, and that means they can't stand each other. Will xcon/mxcon change their relationship? Bring grudging respect? Awareness of shared kinks, perhaps? Will they try to steal each other's magic? Trick each other? Magic! Levitating cloak bondage! Martial arts! Play on Cumberbatch's and Hiddleston's real-life friendship if you see an opportunity. Drag in Tilda Swinton's character if you like.

DNW: AUs where the characters don't have powers

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Tentacle Monster xcons Avengers Team
Wow, how do you damage a monster that has its tentacles all over and in your other team members? Maybe even the Hulk? Is the monster controlled by a villain, or is it sentient? If sentient, what are its motives? What else is happening while the Avengers are so...occupied? What will be the aftermath of this experience? Will it change any of the team members, or their relationships?

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Thor movies
Grandmaster/Loki/Thor
Loki/Thor
Hela/Loki/Thor
Bring on the power dynamics! Maybe Loki and Thor start out in a state of more antagonism and then start working together in an attempt to defeat a common enemy or achieve a common goal (anything from "sharing a bit of sexual pleasure in the midst of something unpleasant" to "defeating the enemy and saving Asgard"). They don't have to achieve their goal or continue to feel like working together afterward.

Opt-in, despite my general DNWs: OK for death of Grandmaster or Hela
