I have no excuse for buying blank books because I don’t write on paper any more. But so many (Instagram link) of these (product link) notebooks from paperblanks.com are gorgeous.

They also have washi tape.

I know that I have a weakness for blank books, so I did not click on that link, and instead clicked on the washi tape link because washi tape is not a thing I expected to actually want.

So it turns out now I want washi tape.

The washi tape is very cool - different from what I've seen in the past. I have exactly one (1) blank book, which I use for quotes I want to be able to re-read, and I use the standard Leuchtterm1917 notebook, one per year, for my bullet journal. I've covered it in Tony Stark/Iron Man stickers this year for reasons.

I love them! I am going to put together a list. I am filling up my collage notebook and I do have a back up but I could use a back up back up, right? right? Fun little boxes too.

They are indeed gorgeous!

I do write on paper and need a notebook about every six to eight months. I'm going to point people in this direction for their dot-grid planners as they're exactly what I need for my Bullet Journals and are about the right price for family holiday presents.
