The Kitty Sling[tm]

Biscuit wanted to snuggle with me while I was at the computer, and since the sitting surface was sloped, she always wound up sitting on the keyboard. I rigged up a kitty sling out of a wide fleece scarf so that she can stay on my chest.


I took this with the timer on my digital camera, which was sitting on Biscuit's cat condo. Biscuit likes to give me kisses (or maybe she thinks she's perpetually cleaning a dirty dirty kitten face).




The OH took these.

What the heck is up with my hair anyway? It's not usually wedge-shaped.

I briefly pondered trying to rig up something like this for my idiot dogs. But maybe not.

A friend of mine has a little dog who got hit by a car a few months ago and broke her leg. She had that dog in a little doggy sling for months! Only way to keep that squirmy little thing from re-injuring herself. Try it!

It really wouldn't work for my dogs. They are each over 80 lbs. They'd love to be carried in a sling, but my back wouldn't approve.
