I need to make a new post about my exercise stuff, because there's been a new wrinkle - basically, I found out I was mildly anemic, began taking iron, and my exercise intolerance has greatly improved. (That's good, but it also means I get to have tests to find out why I'm anemic, since this time it's probably not my periods. Ugh.)
I'd be happy to give you some of my iron. Even after I stopped taking iron, my iron is so high that the doctor told me to start taking multivits without iron.
