I'm thinking of getting one, and I have a few different ideas in mind, but I don't want to be specific until I'm a little more settled about it...

I really love Andy Lowlife who's at Tattoo Santa Cruz now (he did the heart on my chest), and the folks at Idle Hand in San Francisco are pretty rad too!

Also, the best person/place to go to very much depends on what you want to get and what kind of style you are looking for. So any specifics can definitely help direct you towards the best person (e.g. 'something old school/traditional' or 'a photorealistic portrait' or 'an elegant black/grey design' etc.)
