I have only a few cruise desires: *around* Hawaii -- it seems the best way to see more than one island -- Alaska, and the Sea of Cortez. Is the environmental impact any different than that many people driving around, eating at restaurants, and staying in hotels? I suppose the ship travels through more sensitive locales.
The pushing food is weird. It's reassuring to hear that it was easy to avoid the stuff that you were not interested in, none of which seem interesting to me either.
Did you have smart phones? Could you get signal in ports?
Were there sufficient power outlets in the cabin?
