...when people who recently announced via a newsgroup, discussion board, email list or "community" that they "have been poly all their life" start giving (crappy) advice online to people who have just announced they "have been poly all their life".
...when you only visit "communities" like
...when you sit back and laugh at people who start pulling rank: "Well, I've been polyamorous for 20 years." "Oh, that's nothing... I was a polyamorous high priestess in Atlantis", etc...
...when you wish there was a community for people who really have been polyamorous for quite some time, who don't rehash lots of basic 101 type questions ad nauseum.
