I really like the onmes with the spiralled wire. Excellent design.

Are these the results of the beads poinginess yesterday?

They're beautiful. I really like the spirals!

[identity profile] elisem.livejournal.com 2003-10-21 10:06 am (UTC)(link)
They are very lovely, especially the spirals.

The cluster one is really neat too, though, and Starts Me Thinking.

I thought you made earrings from a plastic cup, and now I want to try it. (here, dremel dremel dremel...)

What you actually made is quite nice. Good job!

Yeah, I didn't even try to decide which ones I liked more. I like them both a lot.

Ooh pretty!

The middle ones remind me of a bunch of grapes. I like them all.

ooo, I really like the spirally ones! Pretty!

[identity profile] klwalton.livejournal.com 2003-10-19 10:24 am (UTC)(link)
I like both, but were I forced to choose one design, it would be the blue spirals. *Very* nice. Do you do these to sell, Stef?

[identity profile] circumspectly.livejournal.com 2003-10-19 11:01 am (UTC)(link)
love, love, love the blue spirally ones!!

[identity profile] elizabetta1.livejournal.com 2003-10-19 11:36 am (UTC)(link)
I LOVE the blue one~NICE work!

I'm weird: I like the grape cluster best.

I have a suggestion for future editions of the spiral. When making them in pairs, how about having the spirals have opposite chirality, so that, e.g., the earring worn on one ear would have a left-handed spiral and the one worn on the other would have a right-handed spiral? Instant mirror symmetry!

Seconded. I get funny about earrings with asymmetrical components that point the same direction.... ;-\

What is the term for the wire that you attached the beads to the findings with? I just made a set of earrings, and I used silk to hang them with. It went OK, but silk being silk, the beads are not being particularly stable in place. I'm never sure what to look for at a bead store in order to use the wire base.
