I'm doing a lot of editing today. When I work for a long stretch on deadline, I tend to do obscure, proto-obsessive stuff during the breaks I take. I just downloaded and read the minutes for my city's latest planning commission meeting.
Kinda. Turns out they rejected a proposed change to their current low-income housing policies, and the minutes made it sound like they rejected the change because it would weaken their policies. But I wonder...
Huh - I'm glad I'm not the only one who does things like this. I was researching a defaulted land loan, searching for evidence of fraud and found a reference to a marathon in the small Maine town in question. I ended up reading the last 6 months or so of the town minutes.
