http://planetorganics.com responded well to my complaint about their survey prize referenced in yesterday's post.

not consider as we put together a prize and we certainly know that many      
of our customers don't necessarily exercise regularly nor do we expect
them to.

I would be happy to send you a complimentary $28 delivery if you would

I thought so. I don't even care about the complimentary delivery. I care that he admitted they hadn't thought about it.
