They said:

Thanks for your email. I have to acknowledge this was something we did
not consider as we put together a prize and we certainly know that many      
of our customers don't necessarily exercise regularly nor do we expect
them to.

I would be happy to send you a complimentary $28 delivery if you would
take the four minutes to fill out the survey. We do value your opinion.

I thought so. I don't even care about the complimentary delivery. I care that he admitted they hadn't thought about it.

And the survey did have a Loooooong box for comments. I wrote them quite a few things including a comment about the fitness guru not being a draw. :-)
