I didn’t sign up for Heart Attack Exchange (write 10K in 2 weeks) because I had just come off Fic In A Box, also a 10K+ exchange, and was feeling discouraged because my fic got very little attention. But I nominated an original work pairing, Noir Detective Sorcerer/Sex demon He Accidentally Summoned (M/M), and someone requested it. So I decided to write a treat and see if I could manage to get 10K of story out of the prompt. Because if I could, I’d be one step closer to succeeding at the Triple Crown of 10K Fic Exchanges.
