Brain glitches 'R' us

This evening I saw The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill with my sweetie [livejournal.com profile] kyubi. I liked it a lot, because it was simple and consistent and had that calming quality that only a few movies have. I noticed in the credits that Mark Bittner, the human subject of the documentary, had written a memoir with the same title. So we headed across the street to Kepler's bookstore, where I asked the clerk for a book called "The Wild Paragraphs of Telegraph Hill".

Seriously, I'm looking forward to seeing this movie; thanks for the review.

Somehow I want it to morph into "The Wild Paragraphs of Teleport Hill".

Can't imagine what this book would actually be about, though.

Or "Wild Parrots of Telegraph Avenue". (But the flock I'm thiniking of actually lives between Shattuck and Adeline.)
