For me, it's never even. I have odd, superproductive days sometimes and then long stretches of time where it's impossible for me to be effective. I have a day right before my period each month where I'm completely energetic and get tons and tons of things done--that's when I'm at my peak.
I don't know what to call a "thing", I guess. Sometimes it's a major thing to just get outside, or break my routine in some way, and that one thing counts for a lot.
But I would say that seven or eight days out of ten, at the end of the day I feel satisfied with what I've done, and I've done everything I set out to do.
