They aren't the people taking the photos. Anyway, it's not going to hurt the sweater for the length of a photo shoot any more than wearing it would.

Dunno - I don't knit at all, and I've known for YEARS that you aren't supposed to hang knitted jumpers on hangers because they're too heavy, and will stretch under their own weight. I've always folded them and put them away in a drawer.

Is it worth you writing to the manufacturer & pointing out this is a lousy advert for their product? Do you particularly care about this manufacturer & want people to buy their product?
