81 people on your friends list....I get carpel tunnel syndrome just thinking about it. And alt.poly plus a busy RL social life on top of that. I deliberately keep my friends list down due my "low maintainance" policy. LJ takes fourtyfive minutes to an hour of my day and I am reluctant to add more friends as I feel that adding someone to your friends list is a commitment to read at least a third of every article they write to see if they are in good form that day.
Yeah, I do feel a little like a social laggard, and I suppose for my career (I know, what career) I should be more popular instead of just focusing on a few people I know very well....oh well...I hate change.
