I took some depression inventories. I am a little less than "moderately depressed."

Now I get to decide what to do about it.

winter blahs

I get the winter blahs every year, as do several friends of mine. We just throw ourselves into an insane number of projects to keep from thinking about it much....my collection of children's DVD's and videos get a whale of a workout in the winter.....I sit and watch them and crochet...under a full spectrum lamp. It's worked so far in helping me survive.
