Wirework jewelry bits

Back in September I took a week off from other commitments and spent a fair amount of that time working on my wirework skills by using mostly cheap materials to do projects from magazines I've collected. I finally got around to taking pictures of some of the results.

This is the only one I did in silver wire (the kind that comes pre-twisted).

I'm not happy with this one yet. It needs something.

I'm quite proud of this one, but I have to redo the way it hangs on the earwire.

I didn't do such a good job on this, but the instructions called for square wire and I only had round, so it was more difficult. I think it has personality anyway.

I'm really pleased with the wire wrapped marbles and nuggets (although I could have done neater wrapping in parts).

"Personality" is a good word for what the beadiethings have! I also do like the wire wrap.

Maybe #2 needs some "line weight" variation? You know what I mean? Like what #3 has.

oh, nice wrappy personalities!

i agree about #2 needing something; there's too much... emptiness in that centre space. maybe more spirals closer together, or more of a gradation from wide to narrow? or something narrow beady in the centre, or a tight wrap around the center stem?

I want some!

Hi. These are beautiful. I don't have pierced ears, but i like pendants, though it can't be too heavy (for my neck). do you sell them, and what kind of price range?

I <3 your work. Seriously. I am envious, and if I move to your area would like to maybe sit down and learn from you. :)
