Wirework jewelry bits
17 Nov 2004 01:19 pmBack in September I took a week off from other commitments and spent a fair amount of that time working on my wirework skills by using mostly cheap materials to do projects from magazines I've collected. I finally got around to taking pictures of some of the results.
This is the only one I did in silver wire (the kind that comes pre-twisted).

I'm not happy with this one yet. It needs something.

I'm quite proud of this one, but I have to redo the way it hangs on the earwire.

I didn't do such a good job on this, but the instructions called for square wire and I only had round, so it was more difficult. I think it has personality anyway.

I'm really pleased with the wire wrapped marbles and nuggets (although I could have done neater wrapping in parts).
