I don't find it the least bit visually jarring, but I guess it is when compared to similar mainstream ads.

Phew those are some smoking pictures. Particularly the one where the woman somehow is looking right at me and demurely looking at nobody.

I think that is a good photo shoot. Compared to what normally advertises fragrance, that would probably father better attention.

The only jarring thing to me is to compare it to most ads featuring non-celebrity women: here the female actor is fully aware of herself and the camera, confident and sexual rather than placed on display.
