I reached my limit after reading section 106 (about 1/20th of the way into it), which states the government can seize foreigners' property, dispose of it in any way they see fit, and withhold "classified" information from judicial review of said seizure.

Yep. I wrote to my congressmen about it way back whenever. I got nice letters explaining how I shouldn't worry about it, that they are only protecting our wonderful country blah blah blah.

There are several threads about it on rastb5.m (folks comparing this whole deal with Nightwatch) so I've read quite a lot of opinions (most, unfortunately, uninformed but passionate).

Instead of marches on Washington over something totally stupid like slavery reparations, we should be protesting about having our rights ripped away!

It's frightening stuff. What makes it even scarier is we've got a corrupt SCotUS that'll let this stuff fly even though it's clearly unconstitutional.
