Adopt a cat!

firecatI went to http://peninsulahumanesociety.org/ for my volunteer shift yesterday and discovered that some of the 81 cats confiscated from a home in San Carlos (California) were up for adoption. The cats I worked with were in good health (except some of them had colds) and either reserved-but-friendly or very friendly. (One of them climbed all over me and another rubbed against my leg constantly.)
