I received a beautiful story about one of my favorite songs, "Fish and Bird" by Tom Waits.

The author told me about a restaurant called Fish and Bird, which is themed around Tom Waits songs (https://fishbirdizakaya.com). Turns out the restaurant is pretty near where I live, so I'll have to check it out one of these days.
