She sat next to me or in my arms while I worked on the computer this morning, and gave me kisses.

We're trying out the name Tomoe to see how it fits. It's the name of a female Samurai character in the comic book series Usagi Yojimbo. It's also the name of a symbol that's kind of like a three-part yin-yang, or, as one Japanese-English dictionary described it, a "giant comma design".

In other news, I successfully installed an Airport network, but in the process I dropped my keyboard and managed to lose my Ctrl key. I'm using a bead on a stick to press the key. Fortunately I don't use it ery often.
