Roundup: KinkLuckyDip exchange

kinkluckydip is a short-fic (minimum 300 words) plus art smut exchange where matching is on ship and medium only. Letters are not allowed. You can post DNWs and likes. Writers are encouraged to create works based on their favorite kinks, not just on the recipient’s (while respecting DNWs).

This is the second year the exchange has run. As of right now, 78 works have been posted in 65 fandoms.

I wasn’t matchable on offers with my original signup, so I gave the very patient mod ten more fandoms I could write and said “surprise me.”

I wrote a Bridgerton threesome. Something of a fix-it because way Simon keeps a certain secret from Daphne in the show drives me nuts.

I received a wonderful Ancient Greek Religion & Lore fic featuring Dionysus. It included fat body worship, which there isn’t enough of, so I was really delighted.

Roundup: GoreSwap exchange

goreswap is a new exchange focused on, well, gore.

As of right now, 126 works were posted in 72 fandoms.

I didn’t know if I’d like this exchange, but I discovered over the summer that I like guro* so I decided to give it a try. I kept worrying whether my fic was gory enough. My recip seemed to like it, so I guess so.

I wrote a Venom fic. I watched the Venom movies specifically for this exchange. They are great fanfic fodder but not that great by themselves, IMO.

I received two Ancient Greek Religion & Lore fics, both by the same writer. One was Cretan Bull/Pasiphae and the other was a Prometheus/Eagle which was a quintuple drabble sequence! Really enjoyed them both. I mean, is there any ship cooler than Prometheus/Eagle?
