And it's nice to see NOW supporting size acceptance and health at every size, and challenging size discrimination, however imperfectly and incompletely. They didn't for a long time.

I think that putting things forward at time like this is exactly what some would do. It's also a pretty easy glom. I am sorry you are worried about it. Do you really think it would pass?

I find California voters unpredictable, and so I tend to take CA props seriously even if I don't think they would pass. I've been wrong before.
