ETA: The photo turns out to be of a sculpture by artist Jeff De Boer. Here is the photo on De Boer's web site. It is called Tournament Cat (which seems like a good LOLcat caption in and of itself). (Especially funny because we use that pizza chain regularly, and they've recently taken to putting a picture of a suit of armor called Pizza Knight on their box and having it say things like "If you think high school is awkward, try it in a full suit of armor.")
