Tyler Clementi killed himself after his roommate broadcast his private, intimate moments with another person of the same gender on the Internet.

These things aren't pranks. They're violence. They're murder. They're hate. Even if the perpetrators are too fucking entertained by their own viciousness to know it.

The police are filing privacy violation charges on the two (can get up to five years) and may be able to file bias charges. I wish they could file murder charges on them.

There's been four gay teenagers who killed themselves (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/blog-post/2010/09/suicide_of_gay_teenagers_four.html) in the last three weeks.

Hmmm, that article also says a Michigan assistant attorney general is running a blog and using a camera to follow the gay president of UofM's student body. The AAG calls him "Satan's representative" who will recruit freshman to the gay lifestyle. I can't imagine he gets to stay a state assistant AG when he's so biased.
