Midlife crisis part 1 successfully negotiated?

No longer feeling like there's a secret passage in my head directly back to my 14 year old inner teenager. This is both sad and a relief. It is sad because I no longer feel so passionate and magical. It is a relief because I was beset by "chopped-liver" and "no one understands me" feelings and those are receding (although since some of them are no doubt S.A.D.-caused, they might well not fade entirely until March).
