We won a round on invasive health care programs

Penn State put off for a year the $100 a month punitive fee imposed on employees who don't turn over a whole lot of personal info to WebMD. (I previously blogged about it here.)

The pharmacy CVS instituted a similar program in March and as far as I know that program is still active.
