1992 or possibly earlier.

02. How did we meet?

On various mailing lists and newsgroups.

03. Have we ever met in person?

Not as far as I know, though it's possible we could have been at the same party, concert, etc. at one time or another.

The answer to those three is no, unless truly astonishing coincidences have been at work.

I compromised on "Stef contains multitudes".

Have an adventure of one sort or another.

10. Have you ever dreamt of me? If so, tell me about it.

My first thought was *probably* -- a lot of people I know online show up in my dreams at one point or another -- but that I was drawing a total blank on it and should probably start writing more of my dreams down. But lo, a hazy memory started to surface: yes, not only had I had at least one dream with you in it, but I had even posted the following to alt.polyamory about it:

Yeah, I just could not fall asleep worth anything last night. It was so bad that the as-far-as-I-know only time I actually fell asleep, I started dreaming*, thought "wow, this isn't really happening, I must have fallen asleep!", and then that woke me up again.

*In this dream Stef and Aahz lived in a house near me and had a giant catapult on top of their garage -- I imagine that the last part was probably inspired by last weekend's Monty Python and the Holy Grail party.

11. If you could give me a present, what would it be?

Do you want "world peace" (or winged werecat etc. etc.)-style answers or more easily obtainable things? I don't know -- occasionally I get perfect present ideas for people, but no inspiration has struck in regard to you yet.

Sure.

Sure.

That reminds me of the "but enough about me" joke. :-) I'm off the hook from typing *too* long a list here because I have to run out to the grocery store pretty quickly, in fact I'm even having trouble explaining the one "among other things" item I wanted to put here -- I think I'll just save this, go to the store, and try to explain it when I get back, instead of sitting here alternately starting and deleting the same sentence as the minutes tick down.

15. Do you trust me?

This question always seems to me like it should be more specific (like, with what?), but I would certainly think you were trustworthy.

16. Do you know something about me that no one else knows?

You mean something even *you* don't know!?!? :-) Well forget that, but I can think of at least one doesn't-really-count way to answer yes to that question.
