I love Planet Organics. They deliver a customized box of organic produce to our door every two weeks.

Yesterday, the OH made:
organic baby spinach with a sauce featuring pignolia nuts and dried apricots
steamed organic artichokes with lemon-mayonnaise sauce

This morning, I made:
eggs scrambled in peanut and sesame oil with organic poblano chilis and onions, topped with a dollop of cream cheese

For some reason I feel really guilty when I let produce go bad.

I live on my own too, and I stopped getting an organic delivery box because of Vegetable Guilt.

And Organic Vegetable Guilt is worse than the ordinary kind.

I do too. Fortunately, we have a compost heap. Also, because we can customize, we're less likely to wind up with more than we use.
