bonfire of the necessities

throw onto the woodpile
things you no longer need:
angst (just plain loneliness will do)
confusion (how can you be, if your mind won't hold
        two thoughts at once?)
hurrying (not when, at any time,
        breath might become as scarce as blue diamonds)

the last thing i add is silence
