Fic In a Box is a 10K or equivalent multifandom exchange that particularly encourages works in alternative formats (One example: "In-universe r/Am I the Asshole Reddit post". See the other examples here: https://ficinabox.dreamwidth.org/995.html).

I was sort of overwhelmed by all the alternative format choices so I ended up just writing and receiving fic.

This was a big exchange: 500 works were posted in 180 fandoms.

I enjoyed this exchange a lot. Writing a 20K plotty casefic was a new challenge for me. And I loved the gifts I received.
