What a great idea! I already comment on every fic I finish (I just hit kudos if I don't finish and have nothing to day); and sometimes I participate in Copperbadge's commenting challenges of finding a low- or zero-comment fic, reading it, and leaving a comment.
this was crossposted from my LJ four years ago. It has links to all my fics but if you don't want to deal with LJ just go to the same date in my DW to find the same fic.
My fanfic is all Harry Potter which is... problematic (JK Rowling can go and do one and I acknowledge it has a lot of really rotten tropes) so if you want to give it a pass I'd understand. I'm Supermouse on AO3.
One is a one page scene from the prompt: the muggles at Ottery St Catchpole have known wizards exist for years. It does not get much attention at all.
One's a long weird romance, a time-travel fixit, lots of drinking tea and plotting. The two main characters are both awful people, know they are and don't care. They want to survive the war they know is going to happen. It's a pretty standard longfic in style, 23 chapters, each 3k-10 words long.
The last one's a novelette of 22k words and a whole life story. Harry Potter is grimly getting through life and doesn't really care what anybody thinks. The style's incredibly sparse and the chapters very, very short (max 1500 words) but there are forty-four of them. It's by far my most popular.
All are old. If you want links, let me know. Perhaps one is especially bingoey.
