Fandom-specific Notes & Prompts

Fandom-specific notes & prompts are entirely optional.

Loki (TV) (fic or comic)

• Loki/Mobius M. Mobius
• I love everything about this relationship. Especially that there's so much potential. There's hate and mistrust and cruelty and respect and appreciation and exploration and competitiveness and encouragement and friendship and affection and love and lust. A story could be set in the TVA of the TV show or in (an) alternate timeline(s), in a nexus event, or in the Void. They could run into variants of themselves. They could cooperate on a mission or one could be hunting the other. And it could all turn on a dime. I just have a couple of DNWs: Don't end it with either or both of the canon characters dead. (It's fine if variants of them die in the course of the story.) And don't end it with them hating each other.
• I welcome smut but absolutely don't insist on it. If you do enjoy writing smut, then in terms of roles during sex, I see them as switching off depending on the circumstances and emotions driving them at any particular moment. Also, I think of Loki as a big pain slut and being into knife play and blood (in either role). But I want to read how you imagine them, so static roles are fine and no need to bring those kinks in.

Nero Wolfe (Rex Stout) (fic or comic)

• Archie Goodwin/Nero Wolfe
  • I love the ways they've developed to handle each other's personality quirks and foibles, the obvious respect and love underneath the squabbling and snarking and resentment. I love Archie's narrative voice and his brattiness that disappears when Wolfe really needs him. I enjoy when one rescues the other, and when each brings his skills to bear on solving a mutual problem.
  • It's fun when Wolfe figures things out and keeps them a secret from Archie, but I'd rather Archie not come across as a complete idiot (it's fine if he temporarily thinks he is, though). It would also be interesting if Wolfe brings Archie more into his confidence than typical on a case, and seeing Archie react to that. If Wolfe or Archie express their feelings more openly than typical, if only for brief moments.
  • Casefic would be great. So would a collection of specific moments in their lives that don't add up to a casefic. I'd also enjoy a story that involves their trying to save some other member of their little family from danger.
  • If you're inclined to write smut, I really appreciate when Wolfe's body is portrayed in a positive and loving way. I reallly like belly kink (just not stuffing or weight gain).
  • DNW: Wolfe's mobility issues being dwelt on. I prefer when he's described as uninterested in going out and walking around, rather than incapable of it.

Original Work (fic or comic)

• I love porn with or without plot, and plot with or without porn. I tried to pick a variety of requests, from sailing ships to starships, werecreatures and monsters, spies, detectives, and librarians. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Umbrella Academy (TV) (fic or comic)

• Klaus/David Katz
• I just love what an over-the-top trickster Klaus is, and how his romance with Dave is portrayed as something outside of his usual experience. I’m sad that they didn’t do more with the relationship. So I turn to you! I’d love to see any interactions between them — expanding on their army days, or in that liminal space Klaus visits, or with Dave as a ghost, or if he shows up alive in Klaus’s present because of timeline shenanigans. The character development opportunities would be interesting if Klaus went looking for him, since he’s mostly reactive instead of proactive.
• I’m waiving my homophobia DNW for this request. If you want to include the realities of being a queer man in the military, in the sixties, or Dave coming to terms with his sexuality once away from his homophobic father, I’m up for that. I’d rather it not be the sole focus of the story, though — please let them have some joy in each other too.
• Smut would be welcome! (But not required.) I don’t really see Klaus as strictly a top, but you’re welcome to convince me otherwise, and I don’t have any other sex role preferences.
