Where do you get your coffee beans?

*sigh* I was just reminded that Peet’s Coffee is owned by a larger corporation now (has been for some time). I‘d rather support a smaller company. If you make coffee from ground beans at home, what is your go-to source? Bonus for fair trade and all those other green, good-citizen buzzwords.

When I was in a similar feeling, mostly about chocolate after I read a book on the chocolate industry, sixbeforelunch suggested Keats & Co. It was good. I ordered a bag of the Octavia (the medium/dark roast) and loved it. But it was too expensive for me to buy regularly. I even did a collage about it :)

The other one people recommend at that time was Equal Exchange https://shop.equalexchange.coop/ I have not ordered their coffee, just their chocolate, and it was good.

Their coffee is also good.
