1978. Suburban Milwaukee. Roller rink. Roller skates with big fluffy pompoms. Skating to Ballroom Blitz and MacArthur Park. Roller rink parking lot. Mustangs. Chevelles. Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers. Cruising Highway 100. Smoking pot. Wishing we were older.

I remember roller-skating to ballroom blitz too. I usually started going really fast and knocking people down.
