firecat: red panda, winking (Default)
sorry, I'm too lazy to take pix of relevant things (but will take requests)
-decluttering (or is it merely moving clutter around?)
-hedwig and the angry inch sf stage production
-shopping for 12 non sheer rod pocket panels 4' wide plus 6 tieback hooks
-drawing a new layout for the living room furniture
-the dentist is so used to my having perfect teeth that while he's looking at my x-rays he doesn't say anything about my teeth, he just talks about his new cat
-listening to Neil Gaiman's Coraline on tape, read fabulously well by the author
-setting up bath remodel consultations
-Forever War by Joe Haldeman
-hoping the skinny gray stray kitty is OK, since I haven't seen her for a week
-James Galway at Stanford (so exciting! felt like being taken for a ride on an endless tiny rollercoaster)
-Perdido Street Station by China Miéville
-a whip-smart puppy named Alabama
-writing book on poly (yeah, I know, just like everybody)
-installing Jaguar (Mac OS X 10.2) and getting a leopard-print desktop picture
-contemplating a return visit to Devizes, UK
-playing with 6-day old kittens, with the purred blessing of the poor momcat who had a nasty head cold
-getting the sticky back door fixed
-finding my pink satin lined cat ears
-making a wire-chain bracelet
-watching Mona Lisa again
