Good for that judge. Nobody likes the KKK, and I think most people consider their use of masks cowardly. But the right to anonymity is part of the right to free speech.

Count me in. Although I totally despise the KKK, I think they're right on this one. Furthermore, I think we are very close to a society in which other groups, such as anti-war protesters, may choose to engage in masked protest.
