Date: 26 Jan 2004 10:10 pm (UTC)As for keeping them in place, that's the cool part. Not sure I'll be very good at explaining it, though. You string a seed bead, a pearl, and a seed bead. Then you put the thread back into the pearl and the first seed bead you strung (so the thread passes around the last seed bead). Then you put the thread back through the opposite way - skip the first seed bead and put the thread into the pearl and the last seed bead. That anchors the group. (This is from a tip in Bead & Button magazine.)
