I would not Sudafed, myself, because decongestants make me miserable (my nose runs like a faucet for about 24-36 hours but never clears -- the pressure just gets worse and worse).

But your physiology is not mine, and so I would not presume to advise.

I'd rather loratadine, unless of course, it's a head cold, in which case I Sudafed if I must. Sudafed makes my thoughts slightly confused. I get restless and edgy.
