SF Bay Peninsula - Free stuff

I belong to various http://Freecycle.org mailing lists, but I want people I know and their friends to have first crack at my stuff.

Items I'm giving away this week:

• inflatable couch
  
• wooden shoe cabinet
  
• foam for mattress
  
• carpet remnant

Here's the deal:

Pick up (no shipping, sorry) within an arranged pickup window by Sunday 10/3. I live on the SF Bay Peninsula between Redwood City and Belmont.

If you want something I'm offering and you can pick it up as specified above, leave a comment here.

I want to give a chance to people who aren't on 5-minute refresh, so I'll leave comments open most of the day, and then I'll draw winners from the list and contact them by responding to their comment. If you want me to contact you by email instead, then leave your email address (munged in some fashion is OK) in the comment. I'm too lazy to go to your info page to get your email address.

Please arrange a pickup window within 24 hours of receiving my comment or email, or else I may offer the item to someone else.

Feel free to forward this to people you know, but not to lists or communities.

OFFER: inflatable couch
The material is dark blue flocked vinyl. It works fine with two people
on it (who don't mind being close to the floor) or one person lying
stretched out. It works less well with one person sitting on one side of
it. Good for kids or a student or car camping.

OFFER: wooden shoe cabinet
Heavy rectangular box about 4'x2'x2' with a lot of shoe-sized
compartments, but it can also hold knick-knacks or craft items. It can
be positioned upright or lengthwise. The compartments have no back, but
one could be added easily. It's painted pink with white trim.

OFFER: foam for mattress
Piece of soft foam that fits on a queen-size bed and works as a mattress
topper.

OFFER: carpet remnant
Pinky/coral carpet remnant, about 9ft by 5ft but not a perfect
rectangle, a chunk is cut out of one corner.

I'm still trying to figure out where to put it.... dafydd's storage closet is about full, and our garage/carport/whatever still has a bit of a black widow problem. o.O If anyone else has asked for it, I have no problem with you making alternate arrangements.

No one else I know has asked for it, but I'd like to get it out of the house fairly soon so I'm probably going to advertise it on my local freecycle lists. If no one takes it, then I'll keep it for a while and you can let me know if you find space for it. (Under other items in the storage closet, given that it's carpet, comes to mind as a possibility. But you'd have to move other stuff, so that might not be much fun.)

Well, it's a storage closet with the emphasis on closet, so I don't know that it'd fit, necessarily. I'll talk to David about it when we're both conscious again.
