As mentioned elsewhere, I got a chance to hang out and engage in excessive nighttime caffeine consumption with iceblink, insomnia and feline Tuesday night.

Last night I did kitty pictures at the animal shelter. It has been a few weeks since I did them. All the adoptable cat kennels were full and most of the kennels for cats waiting their turn for adoption were empty, which was good news. For some reason, five of us cat volunteers showed up last night.

Today is a quiet day with my OH before he heads off to Baycon with his new proto-sweetie. (I met her Tuesday and although we both had an attack of the shys, it went pretty well.)

OH = "other half"? It took me a long time (cause I'm *lame!*) to puzzle that out--I think I'm right, though! Maybe it didn't occur to me because I don't have one. ;-)

It's very unlikely that someone who doesn't know the history could figure out that acronym:

"Outlaw Husband"

It's because I am living with a guy and we had a marriage ceremony but didn't tell the government about it -- thus it's an "outlaw marriage"

So don't feel lame!
