Recommendations

I think I may be in need of a counselor / therapist. Any SF Bay Area people have recommendations? My requirements:

Does both relationship counseling and individual counseling
Not someone I know socially
Poly friendly
Fat positive

ETA: Peninsula preferred, San Francisco or South Bay OK
EATA: East Bay also OK if therapist works on weekends

I worked with Yvonne for most of the 8 years I was living in SF, first with gridlore, then in individual therapy; Doug and dafydd both came to additional sessions in my time with her, and were both present for my "graduation" session when we moved to SJ. She's also a licensed practitioner of Rosen Method bodywork, and drew from that in our therapy sessions.

If I could afford the weekly gas money atop the session fee, I'd be going back to her....
