firecatI'm feeling discouraged right now after reading a whole lot of bad news, which you probably already know about. If you feel like it, tell me about something good in your world.
Some good in my world:
I have enjoyable work.
I have two wonderful healthy cats.
I love and am loved. By the same people for the most part even.
My health problems aren't bothering me today.
I had a good education and I put it to good use.
I know a bunch of smart, compassionate, involved people.

The beautiful, rocky, sandy, Oregon coast, and if the forecast holds true it'll be partly sunny and in the 60s, perfect fall weather. I plan to work on Lift & Separate (a wrap-around sweater) from Big Girl Knits, along with calculus homework.
