How do I link my lj to ravelry? How did you do that? And will it show my fo posts or only the public posts?

On your Ravelry profile there is an entry for "Blog URL." Enter your LJ URL there. Then there should be a yellow square button with little white lines in it. Click that and it will pull in public posts from your LJ. See here:
