Prop. 8 campaign can't hide donors' names
Proposition 8 proponents' complaint that a California campaign-finance disclosure law has led to harassment of same-sex marriage opponents failed to sway a federal judge, who refused Thursday to throw out the law or shield donors' names. Also, the page has a link: Look up Prop 8 donors. The search name function doesn't seem to work, but you can search by zip code.
"If there ever needs to be sunshine on a particular issue, it's a ballot measure," U.S. District Judge Morrison England said after a one-hour hearing in his Sacramento courtroom.

Date: 2 Feb 2009 02:08 am (UTC)133 records for Cambridge, though with multiple contributions by the same person that doesn't mean 133 people. (There's also a -$100 one offsetting the same person's $100. Not sure WTF is up with that.)
Three of those 133 are contributions in support of 8, from two people. The other 130? Opposition. Hooray for Cambridge.
